It’s been a fun few (Holi)days. Food was delicious, drinks didn’t stink.
But I’m ready to go back to my green smoothies and general “lighter” way of eating. Overall, as much as I enjoy eating some yummy naughty food and having perhaps a few extra drinks I don’t really need… I’m simply noticing that I feel best when I keep my self “in-check”. Perhaps that is a bit of self taught wisdom over the years, who knows… but keeping yourself “in check” is not always an easy task for most of us. Perhaps if you are even a little bit like me…keeping yourself “in-check” is a lot easier to do when you FEEL GOOD.
So make it priority numero uno… how you feel IS THE most important thing of all. Don’t give into the shitty days, take a hold of them and with your very own effort..they only thing that truly matters…change that shit around!
I will write it again: “Every emotion you experience is a direct response to a thought….NOT to the world around you”

Salmon recipe from other post recently. You can switch this up many different ways. But 15-20 minutes in the oven at 350 works some magic on salmon.
Had some salmon on a piece of Udi’s toast (gluten free)
Here’s a sample of lunch the other day… tasted good… looked pretty freakish:
Left over Dal with avocado and some venison sausage. Looked freakish…very tasty however and filling.
