Had a good workout this morning, but an even better breakfast;some good ole " lox eggs and onions" Saute some onion, put in some smoked salmon stir and put aside. Scrambled eggs with three eggs only 2 yolks. Then combine. One small organic zucchini. Eaten raw, sorta like a carrot…
