Having always been a coffee drinker, I really enjoy “warm liquid” in the morning hours. Lately I have been having a bit of a different breakfast and thought I’d share in case you are looking for ideas..
- 1-1 1/2 cup chicken broth (preferably home made)
- half a small avocado cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil
Heat up your broth, add coconut oil and avocado, let rest for a minute before drinking. Just a really nice way to start the day.
