Steak strips quickly marinated in evoo, dijon mustard, garlic, fresh ground pepper. Then quickly seared in the cast iron skillet. Also added a half a tomato. Grapes and blueberries.

Here’s dinner. Simple broccoli and cauliflower mash and some sauteed chicken. I pre-cooked the chicken in some water for about 15 minutes.
