Breakfast was simple and quick;Had some left over grilled (skinless) chicken thighs. (about 3 of them)Large amount of celery, cut up. Some grapes. Breakfast can be so good!!!

Had a good workout this morning, but an even better breakfast;some good ole ” lox eggs and onions” Saute some onion, put in some smoked salmon stir and put aside.
